Abstracts:
The given article is devoted to the problem of readiness of military commissariat staff for professional activity. The article presents the analysis of different interpretations of the concept of readiness for professional activity, and also the results of experimental work on the research of the level of readiness of military commissariat staff for professional activity; reveals the necessary conditions for achieving the maximum effect in the process of training of specialists in the workplace.
