Abstracts:

The article deals with health-saving issues of students at the technical university; identifies and analyzes the progress and problems in health-saving environment of the university. To obtain information, the authors conducted a SWOT analysis of the organization of this environment, determined the degree of prevention, maintenance and preservation of the health of students at the technical university in the process of training of future specialists in full-time education, as well as distance learning in the context of the pandemic. The authors also employed the PSDM method (“Problem Solving and Decision-Making”), during which possible solutions to the problems of the development of chronic fatigue syndromes and emotional burnout in architecture students in the course of full-time training and health deterioration of the university students in the process of distance learning were identified. Moreover, the authors employed the method of psychological and pedagogical diagnostics, as a result of which the problems of health saving in the process were identified. Methods for solving these problems were established and applied (universal exercises were used in conditions of limited space), methods of using distance learning as a means of saving health in quarantine conditions, as well as a means of inclusive education for students with temporary health problems, were considered, promising options for health preservation of students in a harmonious combination of distance and traditional forms of education in the future were considered.
