Abstracts:
The article is devoted to the study of radio plays as a genre variety of the Chuvash literature. The authors describe its specificity on the material of E. Lisina’s radio play «A Piece of Bread». In essence, the radio play is an intermediate (technical) link between the epic work and the radio show, which is reflected in its poetic and compositional solution. In general, the artistic expressiveness of the play can be perceived only indirectly in the director’s interpretation. In the radio play of E. Lisina they found a successful combination of artistic and technical components.
