The paper surveys the issues related to the design and implementation of pedagogical management of the learning process of students in the context of modern e-learning environment at university. The author provides the description of the functional stages, modes and algorithms of management suggests the author’s model of implementation of pedagogical management of information and education system in order to improve the quality and efficiency of the educational process in the context of e-learning.
