Abstracts:
The article is devoted to the problem of achieving a high level of professionalism in any field of activity, involving both a specific level of professional knowledge, skills, and a set of personal qualities necessary for a particular profession. The paper also demonstrates the necessity of the qualities for professional adaptation and further professional growth; substantiates the role of educational and professional activity in the formation and development of bachelor’s degree students’ vocational training, which manifests cognitive, emotional, volitional activity, mastering special knowledge, skills, new ways of life and creative expression; presents the results of experimental research of dynamics of development of professionally significant qualities at bachelor’s degree students at university.
