Abstracts:
Basing on the application of methods of retrospective and comparative analysis, the article shows that the origins of the general cultural teamwork competence are represented in both in foreign and Russian normative documents of higher education. This is the practice of using various forms of work gangs, self-supporting, integrated, and production gangs. The paper identifies the basic principles in the process of formation of work gangs; considers the methods and technologies of team building; outlines the directions for further research on the formation of the teamwork competence in modern bachelor degree students.
