Abstracts:
The article analyzes the positive experience of the city of Cheboksary in application of the cluster approach in the management of the educational and cultural spheres. The author examines different types of clusters existing in the city, the principles of their operation, the ways of interaction between the actors, some specific features of organizing. The author comes to the conclusion that it is possible to accumulate and effectively use significant financial and human resources within cultural and educational cluster, and to increase the efficiency of each member of the cluster and provide a synergistic effect.
