Abstracts:In the context of the modernization of the Russian education one of the most topical problems is the development of the system of education and its quality on the basis of various innovation technologies that imply the transition from reproductive to productive education and also the development of active and interactive methods and methodology. This paper reveals the general definitions: «technological approach to education», «technification of education», «calculability and reproducibility of education», «instrumental resource of technologies» and others. It also studies the correlation of «technology» and «methods of teaching» notions, reveals the significant features of the technology of education being a promising scientific field. The article also demonstrates the problems of pedagogical community on mastering the theory and practice of educational technologies: the restrictions of technological approach, great expenses, difficulty in projecting the education. The authors stress the inevitability of development of educational technologies and their practical application.
