Abstracts:
The article is devoted to the formation of professional competences of bachelor students of pedagogical education («Technology» educational program specialization) in the process of studying «Design and Modeling». It pays particular attention to preparing and holding the subject Olympiad. The author provides the examples of theoretical and practical rounds of the Olympiad, the results, and considers the award stage, reveals the significance and possibilities of the subject Olympiad for the formation of professional competences.
