Abstracts:
The article introduces a theoretical analysis of application of the new concept «excellence» in the system of evaluation of higher education, substantiates the organizational and pedagogical conditions of implementation of «excellence» approach in accreditation procedures. The paper also describes the organizational and technological model of realization of «excellence» concept in the process of accreditation of educational programmes of higher education, which was implemented in the work of accreditation agency in the sphere of quality assurance of higher education of autonomous nonprofit organization «The National Centre for Public Accreditation».
