Abstracts:
The article introduces the conception of professional training of students for communicative and language development of preschool bilingual children in culturological aspect. On the basis of experimental work the paper proves the necessity of formation of professional, cross-cultural, bilingual and polylingual, cross-cultural competencies at future specialists. The paper considers the conditions that ensure optimal implementation of the national and regional order for professional training of preschool education and formation of necessary professional competencies for communicative speech development of bilingual children, identifies the principle of the dialogue between cultures. The types of child bilingualism in the Chuvash Republic are considered.
