Abstracts:
Considering the modern system of professional training in the Chuvash Republic, the author substantiates the necessity of transition to the integrated system of continuous professional education. The introduction of the system implies the implementation of particular organizational and pedagogical conditions: the correspondence of graduates’ qualifications to the requirements of economy; the consolidation of the resources of business, state and educational institutions to develop the regional system of professional education; the possibility of getting necessary qualifications throughout the whole working career for different population categories; professional development for academic teaching staff; development of normative and procedural framework to form the integrated system of continuous professional education. The author has experimentally tested the organizational and pedagogical conditions to form the integrated system of continuous professional education, systematized and summarized the results of the experiment.
