Abstracts:
The activity of liver enzymes in the tissues of caudate, mastoid, right, left outer, inner, left and the square lobes of the liver at eighteen-day-old and three-month-old rabbits is established. Their age differences are revealed. At functional load of 30% ethanol in the tissues of the studied lobes of the liver of rabbits the significant change in levels of such enzymes as alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, gamma-glutamyltransferase, α-amylase, alkaline and acid phosphatase is revealed. The characteristic of the reaction of each of the studied enzymes in experimental conditions is given here.
