The article reveals the urgency of organization of continuous training of officers in the field of application of information and communication technologies; considers the main objectives and policies of employing ICT in the troops of national guard of the Russian Federation; provides the contradictions between the current state of training of officers in the field of ICT tools and modern requirements for military personnel in this direction; presents the ways of development of military personnel training system in employing ICT tools in official and professional activities.
