Abstracts:
Basing on the analysis of scientific-methodical works and regulatory documents in the sphere of education, the authors present the characteristics of organization of pedagogical management of subject-oriented education in modern comprehensive school. The article pays special attention to the theoretical bases of pedagogical management as one of the most important organizational and pedagogical conditions that ensure future efficiency of the process of subject-oriented education at school. Wellorganized educational management is provided by the authors as a mechanism of targeting the organization of the educational process at school with the aim of scoring straight changes of the directions of subject-oriented education on the basis of managerial competence of school teachers and schoolchildren’s parents.
