Abstracts:
The article describes the type of an educative environment aimed at the formation of social and legal competence of senior schoolchildren. It presents the structural components of the ed ucative environment: it gives the characteristic of the target, content-operational and evaluative units. The article analyses the components of social and legal competence, including ontological, practical, ideological and conceptual. The author pays particular attention to the criteria of formation of social and legal competence.
