Abstracts:
The process of modernization of pedagogical education in Russian Federation requires some deep rethinking of the accumulated experience in the foreign and domestic system of general and professional education and new ways of its development taking into account some regional peculiarities. The article presents the problems associated with the development of programs in the process of continuous pedagogical education, collaboration of educational institutions in «school-college-university» system, employment of graduates and necessity on the basis of studying the current state of the system of pedagogical staff training in the Chuvash Republic represented by the institutions of higher and secondary vocational education; substantiates the necessity of finding a comprehensive solution.
