Abstracts:
The article analyzes the peculiarities of functioning of education system in modern Russia; gives the characteristic of the polycultural environment of educational institutions and professional activity of teachers in this environment; considers the potential of ethnopedagogical approach to improving multicultural training of students of pedagogical institution; concludes on the necessity of providing polycultural training of future bachelors of pedagogical education at university. The content of the readiness of bachelors of pedagogical education for teaching polycultural schoolchildren is revealed through the characteristic of the levels of this readiness.
