Abstracts:
The article describes the conceptual model that defines the logic of the ethno-regional teachers’ training process in the system of continuous pedagogical education. The necessity to consider national, regional and ethno-cultural characteristics of the region in educational institutions has become the basis for the conceptual model development which is provided by the target-oriented, methodological, substantial, procedural and effective components. All the components of the model are aimed at achieving the final result, which is a positive attitude towards upcoming ethno-regional and pedagogical work and the total formed by the general cultural and professional competencies.
