KEY DETERMINANTS OF FORMATION OF PERSONALITY’S INNOVATIVE CULTURE
The article highlights a number of studies concerning the determinants of formation of innovative culture in various areas of life. There have been proposed and substantiated the author's classification of determinants that reflects the diversity of the essential spheres of influence on the person and the definition of innovation culture. All the determinants are based on the statement that a person is an active and independent creator capable of creating, on the activity approach and its fundamental principles.
