Abstracts:
This paper describes an aspect of grammatical development of the Russian borrowings in the middle dialect of the Tatar language – the change in the generic endings of nouns; investigates the lexical units in dialectological dictionaries of the Tatar language, and lexical material collected during the field research. The study showed that the Russian nouns are borrowed mainly without morphological changes and undergo some phonetic changes. The vast majority of the Russian nouns are borrowed in the middle dialect along with the inflection, which is explained by the difference in the quality of structural elements that make up the word in the Russian and Tatar languages.
