The article discusses the creation of the educational cluster in the field of intelligent transport systems in the Republic of Tatarstan. The training of highly qualified personnel for the transport industry needs to fit into the scheme «strategy - technology - education». The authors also discuss the creation and development of the educational cluster in the field of intelligent transport systems, the structure and efficiency of functioning of the educational cluster.
