STUDY OF COMPOSITION OF OBLIGATE TRANSIENT INTESTINAL MICROFLORA OF PIGS AT INVASION OF CANDIDA SPP.
This article shows the change in the qualitative and quantitative composition of obligate and transient microflora in the intestines of pigs at Candida spp. The paper shows the interrelation of degree of chronic intoxication and the change in quantitative and qualitative composition of microflora at the animals being studied. The study was carried out in the summer on the basis of pig-breeding complexes of LLC «Stroiplastmass-Agroprodukt», LLC «Kurortniy» in Ulyanovsk district of Ulyanovsk region and the clinical laboratory of City Hospital №1 in Ulyanovsk according to the state plan of Research and Advanced Development (state registration number is 01.2010.67214). There was a direct and inverse relationship of the degree of intoxication and chronic changes in the composition of transient and obligate intestinal microflora, respectively.
