Abstracts:
The article considers a specially designed race track simulating all the extremely tough sectors of racing routes: rapid ascents and descents, curves, drops, hills. The paper also presents the innovative methods of technique training of riders by means of a specially designed race track, provides the results of one year of pedagogical experiments which prove a high efficiency of this race track in terms of enhancing the cycling performance of modern mountain bike racers.
