Abstracts:
The most important problem of the system of higher education in polycultural educational environment of the region is the formation of ethnoculturally socialized personality in the development of their ethnocultural knowledge, skills for working in multinational community. The article reveals the concept of ethnocultural socialization of students of pedagogical university. On the basis of research of the essence and structure of ethnocultural socialization, the authors determine the purposes, tasks, basic principles and approaches, and also the contents and result of this process.
