Abstracts:
The article considers the experience of MAEI «Gymnasium № 5» in Cheboksary in terms of the introduction of individualization strategy and practice of tutor support into educational process. Open educational environment provides the variety of educational opportunities, promotes the self-determination of students and conscious choice of future profession. The author describes the step-by-step sophistication of the tutor practice from junior teenager school to the support of individual educational programs in a multi-disciplinary high school. The research is based on the current state of the Russian pedagogics concept on the individualization of education, the place of the tutor in an open educational environment of the school.
