Abstracts:

The article is devoted to spatial representation and the description of the means of expression in the Chuvash language. Modern linguistic thought manifests increasingly growing interest in the reflection of spatial relations in language and speech. It is explained by the nature of common universal spatial relations, which manifest in language through a system of multi-dimensional structures specifically refracted in speech situations. All the variety of forms of spatial relations is reflected primarily by means of lexical and syntactic means and also by the meanings of prepositions (postpositions) and cases. Language modeling of space is specific, the language of each nation has its own means and methods of national system for spatial representations. This category in the Chuvash language is represented at all semiotic levels, and they express spatial meanings in close cooperation with each other, which is caused by systemic-holistic nature of the language.
