ON DEVELOPMENT OF SCHOOLTEACHERS’ COMPETENCE IN THE FIELD OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY
The article discusses the competence in the field of innovative activity as an important component of professional competence of teachers of comprehensive secondary schools; gives the definitions of the concepts of competence and innovation, basing on the analysis of the research on the essence of competence and innovation; shows the results of the research in the aspect of the difficulties that teachers face in the process of implementation of innovative activity as exemplified by comprehensive secondary school in Kanash; substantiates the ways of developing teachers’ competence in innovative activity in the process of teaching at school.
