Abstracts:
The article presents theoretical analysis of philosophical, psychological, pedagogical, sociological essence and content of the notion «self-organization». That resulted in formulating the concept «self-organization of future specialists in the process of studying at the University». The paper also reveals the peculiarities of self-organization of students’ personality in the process of research activity; determines and theoretically justifies the basic conditions for effective formation of research competence at future specialists.
