Abstracts:
The article deals with the creation of safe and secure socio-cultural environment in the context of networking as applied to obtaining master's degree, being a component of providing quality training of teachers, when studying the program material for the specialty «Pedagogical Education» at higher educational institutions (such as B. Gorodovikov Kalmyk State University) and consolidation of knowledge, and its use during teachers’ training practice at the budget institution of supplementary education of the Republic of Kalmykia «Republican Children’s Center».
