Abstracts:
On the basis of the analysis of specialized literature the author makes the assumption of the need of theoretical justification and development of the technique of formation of communication competence at future officers on work with personnel in the course of vocational training at the Military Institute of Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia taking into account the specificity of modern conditions of military service. The purpose of the article consists in justification of the relevance and importance of formation of communicative competence of future officers on work with their personnel.
