Abstracts:
The article discusses the relevance of formation of ICT competence at bachelors in «Advertising and Public Relations». The article examines the important issues of the FSES of HPE of the mentioned direction of training in the aspect of formation of ICT competence. The article deals with the essential characteristics of information and communication subject environment. The author describes the process of formation of ICT competence in conditions of information and communication subject environment in the training of one of the types of professional activities associated with the creation of a promotional product.
