Abstracts:
Extracurricular activities are becoming an integral part of the curriculum of any educational institution. Consequently, while organizing extracurricular activities as well as giving lessons, the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of General Education must be implemented. The author of the article suggests using games as a means of extracurricular activities for students of the 5th and 6th forms to develop metasubject skills. Describing teacher’s and students' activities, the author gives the instructions on how to develop some cognitive, communication and self-regulation skills.
