Abstracts:
The article discusses the use of problematic teaching method such as a partially-search method using orientative map-instructions to improve the quality of learning in athletics. The pedagogical experiment results obtained during the training using card instructions with the students of the Chuvash State Agricultural Academy showed high quality of acquisition of knowledge in track and field athletics when studying Physical Culture. The partially-search training method using orientative map-instructions creates favorable conditions for the formation of active attitude of students in Physical Culture classes, thereby increasing the level of development of their physical qualities.
