Abstracts:
This article analyzes the system of education in military educational institutions of internal troops of the MIA of Russia; identifies and summarises the requirements for education-related process; suggests the ways of improving the quality of training of military specialists through new forms of training that meet modern requirements, as well as the development of criteria of quality of training of military specialists; evaluates the level of their readiness to perform their professional duties in the units and the internal troops.
