Abstracts:
The article reveals the necessity of consideration of technical faculties of institution of higher education as schools of future scientific and technical intelligentsia, where intelligence is the obligatory constituent of higher technical education; gives the forecast estimation of the stake of graduating students claiming to be intelligentsia in the regional technical institutions of higher education. This estimation correlates with the experimental results. The authors offer their own intelligence test for technical students.
