Abstracts:

The relevance of this problem is caused by the active innovative processes in modern secondary education. This focuses the activity of universities on the formation of specific competencies, which contribute to successful adaptation of university graduates to non-standard conditions of professional environment, at future teachers.

When theoretically analyzing scientific and educational literature on the risks in teachers’ pedagogical innovation activity, the author specifies the notion «riskological competence» and substantiates the relevance of its formation at students of pedagogical universities; provides the situation of teacher’s making decision on the choice of non-typical actions in the innovative educational environment of school.

The author also reveals the components (axiological, motivation and personality, cognitive, activity, creative, reflexive and evaluative) in the structure of the considered competence. These components can be used as theoretical background to create the model of the process of formation of this competence at future teachers and to develop a dynamic system of its operation in the education environment of universities.
