Abstracts:
It has been established that one of the major tasks of the higher school in conditions of modernization of the system of professional education is professional and personal development of future management specialists. A good command of foreign languages is a significant potential for its successful implementation. In order to improve the work of universities in this aspect there should be developed and implemented the model of professional and personal development of students in the pedagogical process and a complex of pedagogical conditions created.
