TRAINING OF TEACHERS FOR ETHNIC DRAMA ACTIVITY AS A CONDITION OF ETHNOCULTURAL EDUCATION IN RURAL SCHOOLS
The paper considers the process of training of teachers for ethnic drama activity as a condition of ethnocultural education in rural schools at the current stage of sociocultural development in Russia; the author provides the key concepts of the study, reveals the ideas and principles of the effective training of future teachers in the system of higher education, analyzes the methods and forms of the extracurricular student activities, including the classes in Ethnic Drama Project Workshop. The paper describes professional qualities of a teacher which are necessary for the arrangement of ethnic drama activities among students.
