Abstracts:
The article deals with the leading idea of the research which is the formation of ethnic component in higher pedagogical education. This component implies the development of qualitatively new approaches that can resolve the conflict between the modern trends of globalization and the danger of losing the uniqueness of each person as a representative of an ethnic community. The article presents the theoretical and methodological analysis of the conceptual and terminological apparatus of the theory, reveals the essence of the concept «ethnic component in higher pedagogical education», identifies innovative approaches to the process of the formation of ethnic component in higher pedagogical education, and presents a set of principles for its structuring. In accordance with the terms of didactic, the authors developed educational ideal of a multicultural personality of the future teacher that served as the basis for the development of binary model of ethnic component structuring in higher pedagogical education.
