NATURE, CONTENT AND STRUCTURE OF PSYCHO-PHYSICAL READINESS OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OFFICERS TO EMPLOY FIREARMS
From the standpoint of the psychological theory of activity, it has been grounded that lawfulness and effectiveness of internal affairs officers employing firearms is largely determined by their level of development of converged intellectual abilities, specific attention properties and the ability to overcome fatigue occurring. The identified elements combine to form the psycho-physical readiness to employ the discussed preventive punishment for illegal actions. This readiness is considered from the viewpoint of general systems theory, both as a structural element of the general readiness for law en-forcement activity and as a complex system with coordination interactions between structural elements.
