TYPICAL PRONUNCIATION MISTAKES OF RUSSIAN-SPEAKING STUDENTS IN SPOKEN CHUVASH
The article presents some specific difficulties (caused by the interference of Russian with Chuvash) that the Russian-speaking students experience when pronouncing Chuvash phones and sound combinations. On the basis of the analysis there have been revealed typical pronunciation mistakes of the Russian-speaking first-form schoolchildren. The article provides the examples that prove the presence of such mistakes in the spoken Chuvash the Russian-speaking students. The paper points out the peculiarities of teaching the Russian-speaking children the Chuvash pronunciation.
