THEORETICAL BASES OF FORMATION OF COMPETENCE IN FIREARMS EMPLOYMENT AMONG CADETS OF THE MIA ACADEMIES
As a result of the phenomenological analysis the competence in firearms employment is considered both as a structural element of professional readiness of future internal affairs officers and as dynamically developing sophisticated interaction of the formed competences in firearm, law and special tactical training, each of which represents a hierarchical set of particular ways of activity. Considering the theses of the general systems theory, the necessity of the implementation in the educational process of the ideas of competency, problem-developmental, contextual and interdisciplinary integration of academic disciplines is substantiated, the sequence of stages to ensure the formation and development of competence in firearms employment is revealed.
