Abstracts:
The article reveals the motivational and value aspect of future social teachers’ profes-sional readiness to work in rural community. The article considers such notions as «need», «motive», «motivation», «interest», «value». The author analyzes the motivational potential of different kinds of stimulation of professional activity and presents the results of the survey of the motives to study of the students of the faculty of Psychology and Pedagogics (the training profile – Psychology and Social Peda-gogics) using the method by T. I. Ilyina «Motivation of Learning at the University».
