Abstracts:
The article presents an integrated concept of system approach to the formation of mobile technologies in scientific and educational infrastructure of the higher school on management and transformation of intellectual potential of the younger generation of Russia. This concept contributes to the formation and development of positive human capital of the higher school. The University system of education is a critical component in the development of a healthy generation. Intellectual sports such as chess are great to work with the society and to enhance the educational level of students. The article reveals the peculiarities of practical implementation of the program of additional education “Chess Academy” in the University system, which is undoubtedly to contribute to the development of education system as a whole and to increase its efficiency.
