Abstracts:
This article discusses the progress and results of the experimental work to identify effec-tive organizational and pedagogical conditions of methodological support for formation of readiness of teaching staff to implement the FSES SPE. This article describes the technique to study the factors of attractiveness of teaching profession, to study the motivational structure in the field of labor. Particular attention is paid to the testing of professional training of teachers for teaching activity, the necessity of improving professional skills of teachers, increasing the level of formation of general and professional competences are substantiated.
