Abstracts:
The article is devoted to the investigation of basic legislative support of the Bashkir language as a state one. The review of regulatory and legal documents allocates the opportunities of functioning of the Bashkir language provided by the legislation. Judicial practice in language policy demonstrates operation of the laws that regulate the usage of languages in different spheres. Collection of documents, directories, guides are to help commissions, services and specialists in implementation of the law on languages.
