Abstracts:
The article describes the criteria of correlation of codified and non-codified anthroponomic units of the sport sublanguage as a special layer of professional lexis. The criteria of referring the units of special nomination in sport to the classes of codified or non-codified system elements are considered from the point of view of their formal, semantic and functional characteristics. The language items formed by means of proper names in Russian are the material of the research. The illustrating fragments of different genres of sport discourse are presented.
