Abstracts:In recent years, pedagogy has increasingly focused on improving the quality of education, training and education. New technological opportunities, for example, augmented virtual reality, make it possible to use problem cases in training. The use of problem cases allows students to form various knowledge, skills, and professional competencies and expand the scope of their professional and personal interests. The article describes the results of the analysis of various sources and the results of a survey and questionnaire of students, university graduates and employers on the topic of creating and solving problem cases and their impact on the effectiveness of university education and on the result of employment. The advantages and disadvantages of using problem cases during the study of academic disciplines are considered, the relevance of the formation of students' skills in solving problem cases is analyzed. Taking into account the experience of practical application of problem cases by employers during interviewing, this article presents the main issues underlying the problem cases that potential candidates are invited to solve during the interview process when applying for a job.
The conducted research allowed us to draw a conclusion confirming the need to pay more attention and increase the number of hours in the theoretical and practical part of training to solve problem cases and problematic situations, which in turn will allow students to develop various skills and competencies that they can use in their future professional activities and daily life.
