Abstracts:Technoparks have been opened in Russian pedagogical universities since 2022 with the support of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. Technoparks are an educational space provided with high-tech equipment. In this regard, there arises a problem of the lack of scientific and methodological developments to manage the processes of implementation, functioning and development of technoparks. It is relevant to introduce technopark as a part of information and educational space of the university, which requires conscious development of the implementation process. The research is based on the results of management theory, innovation, system, process, synergetic approaches, analysis of the practice of developing the information and educational space and introduction of the technopark in I. Ulyanov Ulyanovsk State Pedagogical University. The article describes the system “Technopark as a part of the information and educational space of the university” on the basis of system and process approaches. The elements of the system are the processes of the stages of implementation and stable functioning of the Technopark. The processes and corresponding information flows have been typified. Each process is divided into stages in accordance with consistently implemented management functions (information-analytical, motivational-target, planning-prognostic, organizational-executive, control-diagnostic, regulatory-correctional). The division of horizontal and vertical information flows into stages corresponding to management functions creates a clear structure, when describing the seemingly chaotic processes of system formation. The activities and management actions of each stage are described. The article concludes that the process approach to the design of the “Technopark as a part of the information and educational space of the university” system makes it possible to describe the system in dynamics and lays down the prospects for its development. The results of the study can be used as a theoretical basis for the project of implementation, functioning and development of technopark as a part of the information and educational space of the university.
